Lis Wiehl (born September 19, 1959) is a famous American author, and Former legal analyst for Fox News.
She is adjunct professor of Law, New York Law School. In the past, she was an associate professor of Law University of Washington Law School. She has provided legal commentaries for National Public Radio program and on Bill O'Reilly's radio program, The Radio Factor. She appeared regularly on The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl graduated from West Valley High School, Yakima. She was born in Yakima. She graduated with a bachelor's degree at Barnard College, followed by an MA in literature at the University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl is a former prosecutor for The US Attorney. She was the legal correspondent of NPR's All Things Considered. She served as the principal investigating counsel to the Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee, during Clinton's impeachment. The time she worked at University of Washington School of Law Seattle was from 1995 through 2001. She was the director of their Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl was an Fox News Legal Analyst from 2001 until 2017.
